Texican Natural Gas – Online Invoice Documentation

Go to www.texicangas.com

Click on Customer Login

Enter User Name and Password and click Login.

Your User name is always your e-mail address.

If you do not have your password, you will need to input your user name (e-mail address) and click on “Forgot Your Password”, your password will automatically be emailed to you.

Your password will be sent to your e-mail address, if it is already in our system.

 If your email is not in our system, you will need to contact our office @ 704-544-6347.

You may elect to change your password by clicking on update password

The password’s first character must start with a letter.

From the customer menu you may view your current and past invoices by clicking on View Invoices.

You may also view usage history and preview futures.

Click the View button for the invoice you would like to see

You may print your invoice by clicking on the Print button located at the top right, or you may

return to the Customer Menu or Logout by clicking on the button’s on the top left.
